Not at this time. Holding Space Therapy is a completely virtual practice offering Telehealth sessions to any Arizona resident. All sessions will be conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
-
Virtual sessions are scheduled Tuesday through Friday, based on availability. If you need a time outside of this window, please feel free to inquire and I will do my best to coordinate with your schedule.
How often we meet is up to you and your needs. Many clients choose to start out with weekly sessions and then progress to every other week, monthly, etc.
If you are not sure, we can discuss what may be best for you!

Holding Space Therapy is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. Some insurance companies may offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. To determine if your insurance company offers reimbursement, please contact them directly. If reimbursement is offered, Holding Space Therapy will issue a “superbill”, a type of receipt, that will need to be submitted to insurance for any eligible reimbursement.
-
Payments will be due at the start of each session and will be processed through a secure HIPAA compliant system. At this time, the following forms of payment are accepted:
Debit, Credit, and HSA/FSA cards.
Sessions rates are listed under services.

Yes, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations that are outside of this time frame, including missed “no show” sessions, will be charged the full session fee.
